Our products are covered by the legal warranty, under the terms and conditions established in RDL 1/2007, of November 16th. Any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery of the product is covered for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

It is essential to keep the purchase receipt or invoice proving the acquisition of the product within the warranty period. The usage instructions provided in the product manual must be carefully followed for its initial setup, as well as for its subsequent and proper operation.

This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidental damage, improper use, or mistreatment of the product, as well as those resulting from inadequate maintenance or repair performed by unauthorized personnel or technical service. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the transportation costs and, if applicable, the repair costs.

Travel fix harness identification number

At Babyauto Pets, we identify each harness with a unique number that we assign to each unit manufactured. This allows us to control production and detect the units affected by any issues that may arise. For the user, it is the way to identify their harness and to be able to manage the warranty and all the advantages that BabyautoPets offers you.
It is a serial number, where the first digits coincide with the year of The rest are manufactured and the rest have their own identification system.
Each harness set has 2 labels. One sewn on the strap of theTop tether and another on the strap of the harness itself, near one of the velcro fasteners of the straps. The latter is where you can find the identification number of your harness.
